MISTERO Fragrance — Shipping Policy
Every MISTERO fragrance is made-to-order — freshly blended, hand-poured, and packed with care. We do not mass-produce or warehouse inventory. Because of this, we ask for a little patience while we prepare your order.
Processing Time
Please allow 2–4 full business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) for your order to be processed. Orders placed after 2PM EST will begin processing the following business day. During high-volume periods or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Free Shipping — Always
We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of destination. No minimums. No exclusions. No added shipping fees — ever.

International Shipping: Free (7–14 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs)
All orders are shipped with full tracking. You will receive real-time updates via email.
International Orders & Customs
We do ship internationally, but please note: customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in your purchase.
These fees, if applicable, are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient. MISTERO does not cover or reimburse any customs-related charges.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for packages refused due to unpaid duties.
Delivery & Liability
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. MISTERO is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and secure. We cannot reroute orders once they’ve shipped.
If you believe your package is missing, contact us at support@misterofragrance.com within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. We’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Replacements or refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@misterofragrance.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and offer a resolution — either a replacement or refund — at our discretion.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you. You may choose to have it reshipped (free of charge) or request a refund only if the items are returned in resellable condition. Refunds will not be issued for items returned damaged, opened, or destroyed.
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply.
